Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vasundhara's Couture. By accessing our services, navigating our site, or buying our customized silhouettes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To place orders or register on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions that occur under your account.

3. Custom Couture Sizing & Orders

Our custom couture services allow you to submit custom body measurements and design requests. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurement specifications:

• Our design consultants review all sizing parameters before cutting the fabric.
• Slight variations in color, hand embroidery, or fabric texture are part of the luxury zardozi process and are not considered defects.
• Critical Sizing Rule: Custom-tailored, stitched, and personalized designs are made to your exact measurements and specifications. Consequently, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective state.

4. Payment & Gateway Services

Online transaction checkout requires successful payment. We use **Razorpay** to process all online transactions securely. Payment confirmation, including receipt details and order references, is issued immediately upon successful verification. If a payment fails or is flagged as fraudulent, we reserve the right to put the order processing on hold.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets, embroidery sketches, visual photography, logo marks, and layout patterns featured on this website are the intellectual property of Vasundhara's Couture and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark codes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
